As a participant in an Intrax internship or training program, you have most likely been enrolled in an insurance policy through Envisage. If you have not purchased your insurance through Intrax, you will need to contact your insurance provider for the details of your policy.
Medical insurers in the United States typically have a network of preferred medical providers who are in-network, and by visiting an in-network medical provider, you can expect to pay fewer copays and receive your medical care at a reduced price.
The Envisage insurance policy uses the United Health Care network of health providers. United Healthcare is one of the largest networks of healthcare providers in the United States, so there should be an in-network provider near you.
