If you are having problems at your host company, try to resolve it in a professional manner. You are new to the company and may encounter confusion or problems that can easily be resolved through direct and respectful communication. Speak to your supervisor about your concerns, and they can likely help you resolve them.

The management at your host company is there to ensure all employees and interns are heard and treated with respect. Do not hesitate to speak with them about your questions and concerns. Larger companies also have Human Resources departments, which can be good resources if you need further assistance.

If you contact Intrax regarding problems at your host company, the first two questions we will ask are “Have you spoken with your supervisor?” and “What steps have you taken to solve the problem on your own?” In most cases, we cannot provide you with the best assistance if you have not already made an attempt to solve the problem yourself.
